Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time. Your order is filled especially for you, we make each piece at the time of order. Orders can take up to a week to fill, though we try to send them out quicker if possible. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
Please plan your orders accordingly. and order early enough. Once a package leaves us we can not control the speed of delivery. Upgrades on shipping are available if you like.
Orders are not shipped or weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We charge a flat rate of 6.99 on all orders unless otherwise stated. Expediated shipping is available.
Cherokee Copper ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hour
Cherokee Copper is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you have purchased shipping protection, we will expedite the replacement process to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. The customer will still be responsible for covering the reshipment fee of $6.99. -
Lost Packages Due to Incorrect Addresses

Unfortunately, Cherokee Copper cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package cannot be recovered, we recommend placing a new order. -
With Shipping Protection:
If you purchased shipping protection, we will expedite a replacement. However, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee of $6.99. -
