Returns
We take pride in our handcrafted jewelry and want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, we’ve made the process simple and fair—but we always encourage exchanges so you can find a piece you truly love!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Store Credit – No Restocking Fee!

- Store credit is available for 30 days from delivery—and we’ll waive the restocking fee when you choose this option!
- Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If your jewelry isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label to make it easy.
- You’ll just cover the shipping for your new item — a flat rate of $6.99, which helps cover postage, packaging, and processing.
- Exchanges are limited to one per order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.
- If the item you’re exchanging for is of lesser value, we’ll apply the difference as a store credit to your Cherokee Copper account.
This credit never expires and can be used toward any future order when you're logged in. If you don’t have an account yet, we’ll help you set one up—it only takes a moment.

Returns & Restocking Fees (Refund Requests)
To cover processing, repackaging, and handling costs, refunds are subject to:
- 10% restocking fee (applied to all returns)
- Actual return shipping cost (~$4 deducted from refund)
📅 Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
🛠 Why do we charge a restocking fee for refunds?
Every return requires careful inspection, repackaging, and handling. As a small business crafting each piece with care, this ensures we can continue offering high-quality, handcrafted jewelry.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, ie damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after deliveryItems That Are Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
🚫 The following collections are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom Items - Due to the nature of custom items we can not accept returns on these. Our process for custom items includes verification and approval by the customer. Please make sure everything is the way you want it before we make the item. This includes sizes. Custom items because they are custom and are made to order and can be custom sized. Custom orders take longer and can take up to ONE MONTH to fufill. Custom orders may not be available at all times, such as the Christmas season. Please email us at info@cherokeecopper.com if you have a question about custom orders.
How to Start an Exchange or Return
1️⃣ Email hello@cherokeecopper.com with your order number and request (exchange, store credit, or refund).
2️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (for refunds, actual shipping cost is deducted).
3️⃣ Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.Shipping
We will send you a prepaid postage label via email.. We will deduct the cost of return shipping (approximately $4-$5) from your refund.You may choose to pay shipping yourself but typically that costs more and does not include tracking. We reccomend you use the shipping label provided for this reason.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Returns and refunds or store credits will be processed in 5-7 business days upon receipt of you package.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
